Sport My Daily Meal plan,please critique

hey guys..i really dont know where to post this. so i just figured this place would be best. I was just wondering if im going in the right direction on eating healthy. so i posted up my meal for today. and if matters any. im "skinny fat" i guess you can say. im 6'4 and weigh around 215. but i have a thin build. but have some chub i guess you can say around the stomache and hip area and not really much muscle. soooo im just getting in to things. learn as i go lol. and i learned diet is the most important thing. sooo here is what my diet consists of.

breakfast: 9am

bowl of oatmeal with chopped up banana. with glass of water

lunch:1pm

wheat noodles,with tuna,chopped up green pepper and a little mayo mixed in with everything. with water

snack 2pm

4 hard boiled eggs

after work snack:3:30pm

celery with peanut butter. with water

dinner: 5pm

salmon,sweet potato,green pepper. with water

snack :around 6-7pm

green apple with peanut butter. with water.

id like to throw in a protein shake or two per day also. any suggestions what would the best time be? and by the way. i work out at nights. 10pm or so if that helps any. i figure about the 6-7pm snack,chug down a serving of protein shake.
