Sport My Daily Meal...Comments?

Eggs w/ Bacon
Class of Milk
Toast

Lunch-
I usually Just have water *In school* for lunch. I don't feel lunch is an important meal of the day anyways. But any suggestions for lunch?

Dinner-
Steak
Potatoes . sometimes with corn
Water

Eat every 2-3 hours
Start eating lunch
Eat more vegetables
Eat more fruit
Post your stats
Post what your goals are
Stop eating eggs/bacon and start eating oatmeal
 
We need stats to determine how much you should eat. What's your weight, bf%, height, age..etc.

First off though, obviously, start eating lunch.

What kind of milk? What kind of toast? Lean steak or no?

Please be more specific.
