my creatine update

Well i have just taken creatine for about a month now and i have notcied some results. My bench press has increased from 230 to 250. 20 pounds in a month is a lot for me. I have also noticed that i have gained like 12 pounds. overall i am happy with the product so far. I told my friends about my gaines in my weightlifting ability and he told me that the first month is where you get the most improvement. Is this true? alright...just wanted to share my experience with creatine so far. Later
 
I would not expect to progress like that every month but all in all its a GREAT month! In respect of your strength gains. Don't let friends damper it.

Of course most of the weight is probably water weight so don't expect to stay the same weight after you stop taking it.
 
your friend is kinda sorta right. the first month you can notice a big difference. but if you think about, you're now lifting more weight possible for more reps. if you can sustain that over time, with good food and recovery you'll continue to make steady progress.

and thats really what creatine is for. it allows you the capacity for more work. those who dont take advantage of that see no more progress. ;)
