Sport My complete diet/workout régime, need serious guidance

Sport Fitness
My goal is get ripped, be leaner than I currently am, most important of all drop the body fat %. I read numerous articles on the internet and read many posts from this forum and followed the nutrition guidelines, with the newly gained knowledge I created my diet, this is what I eat on a usual day.

8:30 AM - *** CARDIO ***
9:00 AM Oat flakes in 150 ml skimmed Milk
12:30 PM 60 to 100 gr Integral Rice mixed with one small can of tuna (PRE-WORKOUT MEAL)
1:15 PM till 2:30 PM *** WORKOUT ***
3:00 PM - 100% whey protein mixed with 300 ml 100% natural Strawberry juice (POST-WORKOUT MEAL)
6:00 PM - 200 gr grilled lean beef and 50 to 100 grams of cabbage
8:30 PM - 100% whey protein in water, 2 hard-boiled whole eggs, small piece of feta cheese
11:30 PM - 30 to 40 grams of lettuce (Sometimes I go to bed early and I skip this last meal)

Supplements that I take:
Amino 2000 (Amino acid supplement)
Centrum Multivitamin
4 cups of green tea a day

I drink plenty... plenty of water

The daily calorie intake sums up to about 2000-2300 kcal
The protein intake is around 180 g. (which is around 1.2 grams per pound for my weight)

Cardio is done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach 6 days per week - 20 minutes HITT
weightlifting 5 days per week.

Larger amounts of complex carbs are taken in the morning hours prior to the workout in order to provide a source of energy for the daily activities. The carb intake is limited after 6 PM, the only carbs I have after 6 PM come from green veggies like cabbage, lettuce, spinach and similar.
I avoid simple carbohydrates, the only time that I take them is after my workout, that's why I combine strawberry juice with whey protein for my post-workout meal. I read numerous articles saying that I should eat simple carbs in the post-workout meal.

I'm really sorry for the lengthy post. I'm most concerned about my diet, not sure If I got it right, I'm not expecting for it to be 100% correct but I want to know If I'm on the right track. Any kind of advice/suggestion is welcome and appreciated

I was going to say that this feels like solid 'Chillen' (a member) territory. Then I looked up and saw your avatar and - for a brief time - was totally confused (has the same one).

Your diet looks pretty good and yes don't expect it to be 100% correct. Only the pros strive for perfection and even they don't get it right. I see you have cabbage as one of the ingredients for a meal. Do you know that you can use a grater to grate the cabbage and make a salad. You can also grate a whole carrot and add a little vinegar and seasoning and it becomes a different way of having the same thing. I love variation in my meals so that eating does not become a chore.

everything your doing is wrong honestly... i will tell you one thing all that tea is seriously bad, and i cant believe some of the other stuff you do if you really care let me know and ill modify some of your stuff to let you get faster gains bro
