My combined diet that works ! 2

I am 132 lbs, 16 yrs old , my goal is to lose excess abdominal fat and lose 20 pounds proportion
to my height which is 5ft.

Intermittent fasting is not eating within 14 hours or more, except no calorie drink (tea, water),
the time I do it is from 5pm until 7am or 9am in the morning which is 14 or 16 hours without
calories, according to studies it teaches your body to burn fat instead of the glycogen stores in
body if I'm right. because our body depletes glycogen stores within 12 hours.

Low carb diet( it's up to me when will I do this) sometimes atleast
Milk,
cheese,
oatmeal a day without rice.

or
Milk,
Fruit,

or
when I'm craving for sweets, I just eat, maybe the maximum is 100g of carbs per day or
when I'm desperate , below 20g per day. It helps you reduce the sugars in your body.
Low carb diet - eating more protein and fats, which helps you build muscle (which burns more fat)



next, is
Calorie deficit, My Body burns 1300 a day and because I'm not under sedentary type of person,
it goes with atleast 1400 a day. I'm not eating less than 1,200 calorie a day because it says that
your body needs that calorie inorder to properly function, eating below 1,200 for a long period
of time(for many months or years just to burn 500/1000 a day) will slow down your metabolism.

Lastly is drinking green tea in the morning while on intermittent fasting, yellow tea in the lunch,
green tea again in the evening - I do this to release toxins in my body and excrete waste (I'm
not eliminating wastes in my body for 4 days when I don't drink tea ),also because
before I do this diet, my meal everyday was full of processed and unhealthy foods.


I drink a lot of water and it became my hobby, water have so much benefits in our body. Also,
whenever I saw a soda or other caloric drink, It's just easy for me to avoid it . Just control
yourself in drinking more and more water and you can do it.

---- Exercise , whatever you do, as much as possible STAND, don't sit.
This works for me :)
