I decided to post my diet here everyday to keep track of it.

Sunday, March 11, 2007 . (I need 3000 calories, 500 above mainteance)

Here is what I ate today:
2 Yogurts- 120 Calories
2 cheesesticks- 160 Calories
1 Tuna Can- 175 Calories
Peanut Butter Sandwich- 260 Calories
2 Ham Slices- 50 Calories
3 Turkey Slices- 90 Calories
4 oz of chicken- 120 Calories
2 teaspoons of Ranch- 140 Calories
2 cups of mixed vegetables- 240 Calories
2 scoops of whey- 240 Calories
Liquid Egg whites- 240 Calories
8 slices of canadian bacon- 120 Calories
Chicken Breast Can- 390 Calories
Turkey and Bacon Club(south beach diet)- 250 calories
4 Roasted Chicken Drumsticks- 480 Calories
 
Could be better, good fats are low, carbs are meh and not enough veggies.

Vanilla Milk- 160

Cereal/milk- 300

4 Roasted Chicken Drumsticks- 480
Ranch- 140

Could be better, good fats are low, carbs are meh and not enough veggies.

I'm working on it. For good fats I'm trying to get some Almonds. The Carbs I gotta do a little reserach on.

I definitely agree with theleip.

Just almonds..arent enough. Check out LV's grocery list.
You need more fats, complex carbs, and better choices of protein...and veggies.

Start looking into the breakdown of things too, in terms of how much protein, fat, and carbs you're getting rather than just the calories, both are important aspects.
