Sport My bulking diet, need to polish

Sport Fitness
Ok, so basically I need some input. Any opinions or comments are fine. I would like to get help for my sixth meal. As you can see I only have skim milk but I want something rich in protein and no with many carbs. Also are the carbs to high considering I'm trying to clean bulk. I don't want to gain that much fat. I'm around 132 right now in 1.5 weeks gone up 3 pounds. I think im skinny fat and want too lose fat so I know my BF% is more than 10%. I'm 18 and 5'6 as well. Ill post some pics later but here is my diet :

I also think I need more calories but its hard for me to eat that much.

Honestly you need alot more calories my friend. Sometimes even if it is hard to eat alot you just gotta do it!

If you want to lose fat, why the hell are you bulking??

Seriously, the two are polar opposites. If you bulk, you don't lose fat, usually you gain some (how much depends on your diet and your body).

Yeah. If you are trying to bulk - your diet SUCKS. If you're trying to shed body fat, it's actually pretty alright.

Sooo, which is it?

And more importantly, what are you doing for strength training? If you want to not be skinny fat, you need to get rid of the fat part AND the skinny part. You don't want to look like Christian Bale in The Machinist, do you?

If your bulking, get rid of the milk at the last meal. replace it with either Cottage Cheese, peanut butter, or some other protein/fat meal.

You obviously have a slow metabolism, and I don't recommend raising the calorie intake any more than you need to. if your gaining weight on 1700 calories and your making strength gains, stick to 1700 until progress slows down.

If your gaining any more than 4-5lbs a month. Lower calorie intake or exercise more.
And I also recommend doing some type of cardio...low intensity post workout or any type of cardio will really help keep fat gains down.

Well I wan to bulk....add muscle. But I ehard taht you can do a clean bulk where you can keep your fat down and gain muscle that way you look more toned. Sry if I confused you guys. I want to bulk period to like 145. Thats whay im asking if my diet was alright but I guess not. I try to eat a lot trust me but I dont have the stomach to. That is a lot but I guess I need more. Maybe crank up on the eggs?
