My big Ol Butt

sorry if someone has posted something identical to this before.

BUTT (pun intended), my old gym had one of those weight machines where you're down on all-fours, and you take your one leg and place the bottom of your foot on a thing and push up, and you can adjust the weight, and this is strictly for your butt.

my new gym doesnt have it! and they dont have any machines that work the butt, so its not only the biggets muscle, but the only one left out of my weight lifting routine.

what substitutes for this machine? what can i do that would be the equivalent of weight trainer in my rear?
 
You could always strap free weights around your ankle and do the same thing.
 
Squats,lunges,step ups Will work this muscle group far better then any "machine" you have ever used.

Please understand you can not spot reduce so if your objective is to "loose" fat in this area from direct exercises.

Aww the glute master machine. The machine that sets you up for postural distortions and weak muscle recruitment. BE HAPPY that you are being forced to not use this machine now. Squall said it correct. Squats, lunges, step ups...Your butt will that you for it.
