My 290 pound journey towards fitness begins now.

I've reached the heaviest I've ever been, 285 pounds. I love food but it's going to have to be practical if I want to see my future health become a target of my desire. I aspire to lose over 100 pounds - I realize that this is a heavy ambition (no pun intended). I've already begun by hydrating often everyday. I've purchased a calendar to mark my progress.
I've done a lot of math (I suppose) and it will take me over a year to reach my desired weight. I've already prepared my clothing for how I want to look when I reach my goal. I know many of you have goals and I'd like to hear them. I'm a new member here on WLF and I'm looking for support.

Goals are healthy to have. I believe that a daily regiment is necessary for health. I want to be as healthy as possible!
 
It's great to hear your motivation :) I'm sure you will be able to reach your goal, you have the right mindset for it!
