Did my 1st day of running to. Going to try and run 3 times a week now for 20mins for the 1st month and build myself up as time goes by. Did 2 times around the block which took about 15 mins. It all went well apart from dropping my ipod and scraching the screen
Anyways I been doing some weight training as I want to join the army. I dont want to lose this weight I gained so will i lose any from running? If so is there anything that I can eat or take to stop this?
