i'm definitely in on this one. i've got to lose at least 20 lbs by april so this is perfect. what kind of exercise and diet are you going for. i've always had trouble on the diet part cause i overdo the carbs.
i'll be starting tomorrow, even though i said i'd start a couple weeks ago i'm gonna try waking up early to do 20 mins pilates everyday, oatmeal or cereal for breakfast, piece of fruit for snack, salad with tuna for lunch, another piece of fruit or yogurt, and regular dinner, but i'll eat half the portion. i'll try to get in 20 mins of walking everyday and i'll try to get to the gym every tues and thurs where i'll be doing 20 mins HIIT elliptical, thighmaster machine, and some other things i find.
are we supposed to weigh ourselves every day or every week?
I think this little contest is somewhat disorganized....anyone seriously interested can email me at lvirish60@charter.net. I think that there is about a 4 day lag time for notifications so I want to take a more aggressive approach to getting this started.
I wouldn't recommend you try to lose more than 2 pounds a week. Remember, slow and steady is the way to go. Are you trying to lose all this weight for some special event?
