Hey I like these forum things so im startin ANOTHER thread

Whats your favorite band,song(s),album,music type, The WHOLE shibang.?

I myself am a BIG TIME linkin park fan. I like the offspring too and various other punk/metalish things. Anything that has good guitar and something moshable. Favorite song(s)? Ummmm
Faint(lp), papercut(lp),cant get my head around you(the offspring) Pretty Fly for a white guy(the offspring) well the list keeps going. musics like my favorite thing BOOYACASHA!

hard rock, heavy metal is my favorite

metallica, ozzy, pantera, van halen, etc

i'm just starting to get into blues. i was always like those blues covers led zepp had done
 
I love Kottonmouth Kings and i also listen to ICP, but my absolute favorite music is metal. I like Metallica, but i'm more into foreign metal bands like Children of Bodom and Dimmu Borgir.
 
I listen to all kinds of stuff, heavy, rock, classic rock, folk, country, techno, house - a very little rap.

Some of my favorite bands/artists of all time (that's pretty tough):

Rush, Jim Croce, Hank Williams Jr, Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, Crystal Method, Robert Miles, Lenard Skynard, Foo Fighters, Beatles, AC/DC.

We'll call that the "off the top of my head top ten list"

I find it interesting that even though I prefer women singers on a - talent/profeciency - level, all of my list is male singers.
 
chevelle, breaknin ben, limp bizkit, older linkin park, korn, papa roach, nickelback, crossfade, nirvana, and can't forget incubus! and i guess some angry eminem songs get me goin.. lol
 
I'm a fan of classic metal (Maiden, Motorhead) but mostly just good rock. Heh, that means NOT Limp Bizkit, Link Park, Papa Roach, etc. (Papa Roach used to hang out at my high school, by the way, while I was still going there a few years back).

My all time fave band is Queen, but I'm a big fan of Zepp, Beck, any guitar virtuoso (Jeff Beck!), White Stripes, Aerosmith... the list goes on and on.

All great stuff -- though I can't say I listened to much Hank Williams, not too up-to-date on the older country, unless you count the Man in Black ;)
 
I haven't listened to anything other than Phish or Grateful Dead (or just the Dead, or Phil Lesh & Friends, or RatDog, etc.) shows in about 3 years.... the funkier, the better
 
I listen to many genres of music but at the moment I'm hooked on Clem Snide, Morphine, Mars Volta, and Hum respectively.

i listen to mostly rock but i do listen to some hip hop. (ludacris is pretty BA)(lil jon gets me crunk)

fav band: METALLICA
other good bands: Black Label Society, Aerosmith, Pantera, Red Hot Chili Peppers Tool, 36 crazyfists, and a lot of other bands.

i like some blues too and guitar vituosos since i also play guitar. (Clapton kicks ars)
 
I like all forms of music from classical to hardcore rap... But, rock and roll is my mainstay.

As far as favorite... The greatest band of all time...

I love rock and i love rap but i listen to almost everything. For all you rap lovers go download some Mike Jones. Thats some real dirty south stuff there. Hes representen tha 3rd coast, H town down, or you could say Houston lol. Thats what ive been listening to a lot lately. Slipknot puts on one bad ass show. That was the best concer ive ever been to. Also if your into underground rapper geekiness check out mcchris.com lol hes so awsome. This lil white rapper with a high voice. His rhymes are tight tho and theyre funny. I listen to radio a lot so i just listen to whatever plays sometimes.
