You could possibly do abs from what somone told me once.
 
Depends on your desired results of your workout and what type of workout you do. But why would you want to (asside from just loving to do it)?
 
the only reason you would be able to do abs two days in a row would be because they heal really quick, and you're not working them hard enough. if you really breakdown the muscles, you shouldnt even want to work them out for at least 48 hours..
