muscles - agonists & antagonists?

Hey,

I'm just wondering does anyone know where I could find a list of the official angonists and antagonist muscles? I'm doing a sports course and am having a bit of trouble with the itsy bitsy muscles and their opposites...The bigger ones are fine...but ones like the intermedialus and gracilus??....any help greatly appreciated!
Please help...Its due in Saturday!
Thanks!

The best thing to do is to look at the action of the muscle and then find the opposing actions. There is no known list of all agonist and antagonists that I am aware of.
A good Clinical Anatomy text is your best bet for details (Moors Clinical Anatomy)
Remember there are verry few pure movements in the body, so the science of a agonist antagonist is not exact.:(
