MuscleMax?

I have been looking at this musclemax booklet I got in my Muscle and Fitness magazine and there are too that caught my eye the main one being Muscle and Size powder; I know the name might just be to draw in consumers but I wondered if it would give me the size and muscle that I wished after so many work outs?

1. Your DIET makes the biggest difference in your training. Supplements should only be taken to get any nutrients that your diet is lacking. So, get your diet in check and stable, then evaluate what you might need.

2. A basic whey protein powder is all you need. Many people here suggest Optimum Nutrition. Good taste, good macro breakdown, and it's pretty cheap if you look around for it.

3. Don't fall into gimmicks that you see in magazines. There are always fads that will lead you astray.

my guess is that supplment ad you saw was for a creatine + NO product. Nitric oxide products offer NO benefit to the trainee. it doesn't make you stronger. doesn't give endurance. all it does is cause muscles to bloat up a little. its more like a cosmetic effect than anything else.
and they charge you out the ass for it.

there are actually very few supplements that work and do what they claim to do.
