Muscle Milk

I have been taking this for the last few weeks..I`am trying to put on about 30 pounds..and i`am at 9 of the 30 pounds now! I only take 1 drink per day..I work construction and on some days I dont have the time to eat like I should..So should I take more then 1 per day? This is the premixed drink..also what are some good foods that I can eat during the day that holds alot of protein..I eat alot of pb during the day now!
 
red meat, chicken, eggwhites, i think also oatmeal has alot of protein but im no expert. and drink milk ;
 
The already mixed muscle milk drinks are good. the powder sucks because it barely mixes. even though the mixed ones are really good, they don't really do anything more than any other protein powders or weight gainers that cost much less and last longer.
