Muscle Milk While Cutting?

I have been cutting weight for 6 months now I went from 200lbs to what I am now at 165lbs, Ive been stuck at 165 for about 3 weeks now, I have been changing up my workouts and my diet, I was told that it might be a good idea to add proteing to my diet, the one I was reccommended to take was muscle milk, Is this ok to take while cutting weight? will this help with weight/fat loss? or is it just a expensive way to get about 22 grams of protein?

I would think Muscle Milk is a fair bit higher in Calories than you really need if you are cutting unless you are going to use it as a meal replacement which is not a great idea either. Stick with a basic protein like ON and eat sensibly.

Yep. Agreed. They make Muscle Milk Light for a reason - because MM is high in calories. Stick with plain ol' whey protein.

Yea I seen the calories what I do is I take Half of the shake before my work out and take the other half after my work out. Is this ok while cutting?

Personally I would only use something like that for gaining and only if I was a hard gainer. For cutting it just has way more calories than I would want to be getting from a liquid.
