OK first off, the guy at the vitamine shoppe said he mixes one scoop ON Whey, with one scoop cytosport muscle milk with milk and drinks it after each workout and on rest days, would this be benefitial as aposed to just taking a full serving of muscle milk?
Also, if i work out every other day or so, should i drink the muscle milk an hour after working out, then have a scoop of whey in water right before bed? And should I do both of those every night, or just on nights i work out? I have read alot of threads on this and each is different, and even the muscle milk tub says a few different things, and if i followed the tubs directions i would be taking in like 3,000 calories worth of muscle milk alone! I am confused and i dont want to get fat or mess my body up.
Last, would 15 years old be too young to start taking muscle milk for my little bro who has not gone through puberty fully yet?
P.S.- I am 18, 145lbs @ 5'8", I want to get stronger, leaner, and very cut (and a little big), but not gain alot of weight or excessive amounts of bulk (especially not fat).
