Muscle Gain Supplements

Hey Guys,

I'm looking to start taking some supplements to gain muscle and speed up the process of doing so. What are some good ones to take? I also plan to discontinue use then maintain everything without the supplements. Whats the best to take?
 
If you want to gain muscle you should be taking in 1.5-2 times your body weight in grams of protein. If you can't achieve that in your regular diet you can buy a whey protein for pre and post workout. Then a casein protein for in between meals and before bed. You could also try creatine. I've always responded very good to creatine. Also make sure your taking a good multi vitamin. I like Source Naturals Life Force and Controlled Labs Orange Triad.

I have had some really good results by taking creatine before and after workout. A good whey protein is in order as well. I would start off with 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. My current favorite protein is Dymatize Elite Whey. It works great, and tastes good.

I've put on a good amount of lean muscle with this combo!

HI i wud like to know about BCCA STACK powder of Universal, if i can mix it with No xpload n drink at the same time? n if yes then how i have to put the quantity of water?
