hi i'm 18 years old, 175 cm i weight about 72kg i have fat on my sides similar to this View attachment 5482 i want to burn this fat and look something like this View attachment 5483

i'm going to start my workout soon and i have some questions:

how many days and hours do i have to workout for?

i will be doing weight training,swimming and cardio is it enough or do i need any other workout?
about the weight training do i have to do different two muscles every workout?
how many sets and how many repeats do i need to make?
i can work out for 6 days can i do weight training for 3 days and the other 3 do swimming and cardio at the same day?
do you recommend me to do abs workout for the 6 days or just do it with cardio and swimming and maybe do some push ups and pull ups?

i'm going to start a diet how many calories do i need per day? how many % of protein, fat, carbohydrate and fibers do i need?
