How do I program my diet maintenance and maintenance training style around the time when I'm not taking any supplements ; this is something like my time off bodybuilding for a few weeks . So for all you who think you have to be in some kind of supplement to see some growth try not to take anything for a couple of weeks then load on them and your body will respond .
People have the idea that their coaching styles determine if cut up, bulk or tone , to me that my coaching style is fairly constant throughout the year except to change things a bit in terms of repetitions, negative fall sets and so on. My coaching style mostly always revolves around the basic exercises ( squats , bench and dead lift ) and heavy training . Face it , the cut and get that muscle tone comes from diet and cardiac and really has no effect on any of them.
It is a common misconception that the representatives of high equivalent to the cuts and tone. It's like those idiots in the gym your abs daily butt workout bust but they know cardie and diet is crap , I try and tell them to get that six pack you need a little diet and cardie but believe that doing 500 crunches a day will get from them , so train your abs every day for about 20-30 minutes. and never get the six pack you want , I think it 's funny.
