Hi all.. I'm a 24 year old female, who JUST began a mild weight loss program. I've started eating much better, and am currently doing about 30-35 minutes of cardio 3-4 days a week, steadily increasing that as my body adjusts. I'd like to take a multivitamin, and wasn't sure if some are better than others depending on age, gender, workout routine etc. Eventually I am aiming for an hour of cardio 4 days a week.. and have heard some negative things about the "weight smart" vitamins.. but have tried them anyway, and they made me feel sick, even being taken with food. I have a hard time taking pills, so I would much prefer a single capsule, rather than the packs with multiple pills. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thanks!
