Sport Multigrain pasta

Sport Fitness
I was wondering if this was a good source of carbs.

The box i have sitting at home is Barilla plus spaghetti. It contains ala omega-3 and says its a good source of fiber and protein. Nutrition facts are as followed

fat=1g
sodium=25mg
carbs=38g
fiber=4g
sugars=1g
protein=10g

My main concern is the carbs, would you say its a good or bad carb?(seeing that it's Multigrain.)

Thank you.

That's the one in the cardboard box?

Feck it.

Get the San Remo. Sure, it's in plastic, but it's hella cheaper. Taste good too.

When I do eat pasta, Barilla is the only pasta I eat. I am currently cutting and have had good results. I guess it all depends on your goals and your macros. If it fits into your daily requirement, then go ahead and eat it.

If it fits, its an ok carb source. its still much more processed than oats, but its better than a bag of chips any day.

in moderation, but don't make it a staple in your diet if you're trying to shed bodyfat, if you find you simply have problems shedding fat if you eat carbs. 'carb sensitive' people should definitly stick to real whole grains like oatmeal, and fruits/veggies for carbs.

This stuff looks great. Its full of protein, fiber and omega 3's. Just look at the ingredients: Lentils, chickpeas, oats, spelt, barley, egg whites, ground flaxseed. WOW.

If you want pasta, you cant go wrong with this stuff!

the protein in pasta isn't complete, and can't really be counted towards your daily 1g/lb. goal.
