Let's see. :p

I'm 5'7* and I way 212.4 (this morning :cool: ). I lost about 15 pounds at the beginning of summer. Weight lost stopped mid summer due to different stuff. I want to get back on track. Hoping this will help keep me aware of what is going in my mouth and why.

So this morning I had cereal with 2% milk (didn't have any skim at the gas station) and 2 glasses of water.

Yesterday... cereal and milk for breakfast. Crackers, a yogourt and a banana mid morning snack.
Lunch : chicken stir fry with brocoli and cawliflower. Carrots and cucumber. Apple sauce and a chocolate pudding.
Afternoon snack : crackers and a pudding (hmm.. too much pudding going on here!:eek: )
Supper : Chicken pita with mixed salad.. And Ice cream with maple syrup... was craving sweets. Left half of it in the bowl. I was watching tv .. tv bad :mad: hehehe

Tonight I plar raquetball then i go to the gym.

Well that's it for know!

Moana when you go to the ticker site you need to copy the url that comes up and paste it where your signature goes its the one with behind it. Let me know what I can do if I can help.
 
Welcome to the group! I just know your gonna love it here! To get your ticker to work you need to go to user cp and edit signature and post the info. in there!! Have a great day!

Weel so far so good! Pizza for lunch .. not great but not bad
No mid morning snack, lots of water.
Afternoon snack pudding crackers and a banana.
Going to the gym in an hour. One hour raquetball, 30 min strength training.

Sooo after racquetball .. i had a chicken sub with some soup. Played some pool and had NO doritos :D i usually always do. ;o) Breakfast was some porridge? (Is that what it's called? I'm french heh) I'm in such a good mood this morning. Sooooooooo proud of myself !!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Good Job Mona looks like your doing Awesome Hon. Keep up the good work. Skipping the chips is always the hardest for me. You have willpower. Way to go.

Weiged myself this morning. 210.6!! :eek: Almost 2 pounds lost :eek: I should be good to reach 200 by new years :p I am soooooooooo pleased :eek:

Playing raquetball at 11.

Breakfast : oatmeal, banana, applesauce
Lunch will by a subway club. Turkey most likely.
Supper at the restaurant. I don't know what i'll be having but i'm not eating any bread from the basket hehe and no fries!!! no dessert .... :rolleyes:

Okay ! So yesterday. I went to the gym & I played raquetball. I also stopped at the grocers and bought more fruit's and veggies with skim milk and yogourt. I'm afraid I might not be eating enough for the amount of exercise I'm doing.

Breakfast : oatmeal
Lunch : chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese sandwich and two little cakes
Supper : steak
Snack : raspberries, watermelon, cheese, small bowl of cereal ( this is after the raquetball)

So as you can all see, hehe, practically no fruits or veggies! but that will change ;o)

And my friend gave me the best massage !!!! At first I was worried cause she was going pretty rough but after I was sooooooooo relaxed!!! Slept like a baby!!!

Today!

Going out of town so i'm bringing a sliced cucumber, some grapes and a banana along with a big bottle of water. I really don't want to stop somewhere and pick-up some junk.

Breakfast was a bowl of cereal.

AND!!!!!!!! ITS GONNA SNOW ;o) soooooooo happy heheheh
