Hey all.
I have begun eating muesli a few days a week, as it's very filling, healthy and tasty. The one I eat consists of oats, nuts and raisins I believe, and I eat it with milk. Now normally when I count up my calories for the day in my head, I try to over estimate, and I usually allow 200-250 for breakfast as for most cereals this is more than enough. But when I asked my mum she said she thought eating muesli with milk is like 400-500 calories! When I heard this I thought it was crazy, is it true? I know breakfast is important, but to have that many in one meal when you could just eat a lot of cereal for less, surely it's not logical? I cannot look on the packet now as I do not have it available to me.
Thanks
