Does anyone here know the connection between MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) and the effect it has on weight? Or if there even is a connection? I am trying to make the switch to an MSG restrictive diet for health reasons but it's so difficult because it is in everything these days and companies are not required to make note that it is included on their foods. Any tips on how to pick foods that do not contain MSG?
