[Moved over] 16 y/o need help

ok, Hi.
i'm 16 y/o 125 pounds about 5'8.
I have never done much excercise, i'm supposed to, lol.
I take insulin for my diabetes. i hear insuline is like a steroid or something.
was wondering if anyone could help me get started on an ab building routine cuz i have no idea what i'm doing. here,s a pic of what i currently look like.

Well, i know about doing the excercises 2 or 3 times a week to let the muscles relax, but what i need to know is what exercises are the most efective without machines wich dont have, i also dont have access to a gym. and the final thing i need to know is how much is a rep. lol...

pic doesn't work... eating right would probably be the best way in getting abs and exercise
 
make a google search for abdominal exercises
you're sure to find loads of exercises which are effective.
select one that suits your current fitness level. stick to it for a few weeks

then gradually keep advancing to new levels of dificulty as you adapt to the previous ones

also i advise doing a low back exercise before/after your abdominal exercise
that should complement your overall abdominal workout
