hi guys, girls,
I am the wrong side of 40, have worn out SI joint, fatty liver, and 42lbs over weight.
feel like I am between rock and hard place,
I use to be very fit, lots of high intensity cardio, weights, now, because of SI joint dysfunction , pain is chronic, and debilitating .
am waiting to have fusing operation for SI joint,
trying to get liver back on track, eating better, supplements that should help
1.cranberry
2.schizandra
3.E
4.zinc
was taking CLA, but, the think my fatty liver does not deal with CLA well at mo,
(has serious motorcycle accident at 17, this shortened my right leg, which when I could walk again, placed all subsequent load bearing on my good left side, hence, SI joint worn out. Shortened right leg makes jogging very painful anyhow, let alone the now worn out SI joint)
would welcome some tips to from others who have had a 'mountain to climb...'
(feel like I am losing this battle)
