Motivation

Does anyone have any recommendations to help me stay motivated on a workout regimen? Every time I want to work out I either skip a day and end up quitting, or see no results after a few weeks and quit. I don't like it, but I need stronger motivation. What do you guys do? Thanks in advance.
 
I think most of us would be lying if we said we didn't have to force ourselves at times. You have to find what works for you.

For me it's people in the gym. When I see someone who looks really good and I see how hard they're working to get it and that makes ME want to give it that extra something.

I like how working out makes me feel and I like the positive body changes that I've attained throughout the years :)
 
I get my motivation from all the research I do online and from reading books. Learning and understanding why some things are good for you while others are bad is enough to keep me on the right track.

People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing - that's why we recommend it daily.
 
I have found that having a work out buddy is the single best way to make sure I get to everyone of my work outs. If he is feeling lazy, I yell at him. If I am feeling lazy, he yells at me. It works out very well.
