Motivation

Hi all!

I'm new to this forum. I'm hoping to stop flip flopping my weight and be healthy for myself and family. Have any of you struggled with finding motivation to eat right and exercise? I'm able to keep it up for a month or so and then I don't know what happens and I fall back. What keeps you guys motivated even if you don't see a change in the mirror or on a scale? It's pretty cliche to say "I will start exercising in the new year" but I want to stick with it for good.

Any tips or personal experi news will greatly help :)
