Motivation to share!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Line (rhymes with gin), and I'm new to this forum, but like others have said, not to weight loss. I hit my heaviest this year, and need to make the change. I didn't even realize it until my boyfriend mentioned something, which was not a moment I'd like to relive.

I've always been really good at motivating others, but not myself...I eat when I'm bored, or stressed, or hungry, or tired, or if there's food in front of me. I think I'm basically saying...ALWAYS!!!

I started dieting and exercising in January and have dropped 20 lbs so far, but I still have about 60 to lose before I'm at my ideal. I think I need help!!! I'm glad this forum is out there for people to use! Thank you!

Hello Line. Wow, you've made a fantastic start, and it goes to show that you can do it.:) I think this forum will help you when maybe your motivation or determination start to weaken, and you need a bit of support from people in the same boat as you.
