Hey all.
Here is a list of great motivation tools I have found useful for when the scale stalls.
Measurements - use a tape measure to check you waist size; losing inches feels awesome and you don't see the crazy swings that will drive you nuts like on the scale.
Make exercise progress: beat your best times or lifts.
Pay attention to how clothing is fitting loser
----
I cannot stress this enough drink plenty of water both for your health and to beat stalls.
Make this about a lifestyle change temporary programs bread temporary progress, I've personally be a victim of that mind set. This is not a race and there is no finish line it should be a life long commitment to changing your health. Goals are fine in fact they are great but never think of goals as Grand Finales. When you hit your final weight goal you will need to set new goals. Exercise goals, weight loss longevity goals, outdoor activity goals ect. No finish lines. Life long Change.
