Do you need that extra push for the gym, work out vid or run? well maybe this could help if your not managing to do your daily exercise, maybe you want to log your exerciseing or days you`ve eaten badly and think you can improve.

I`ve been really terribal last couple of weeks and skipping the gym on monday and maybe friday, only going once one week. would really love to improve on this and maybe i can get the motivation for a run outside i really need to do, especially as i bought a hundred pounds running watch at christmas and only used twice but mainly for my big summer run i`m dreaming about on these cold winter days.

count me in, lately I can't seem to find the drive to exercise, still eating I guess you could say sorta okay, but exercise, completely nil, I need something to get back on the exercise bandwagon.
 
oh gosh! sometimes I need the motivation to get my butt going, or to avoid the calories high fatty foods! But we can do it!

Great work on the gym today!!! Regardless of what you did, you went! And that's important!
 
It's just too dark early to go running outside now. Roll on the summer - I want my evenings back!!!

I am struggling this week, it's funny how some days you are so geared up go to the gym and other days you can't do anything!

This sounds like a great idea-heck,I'm not a fan of exercising at all but really want to learn to love it!
Going to the gym is always good even if it's not for long or often,you're still going and making the effort so that's brilliant.Ah,I want to go jogging in the sun!I think when the sun comes out,it tempts you into the outside world!Jogging would be much more fun (maybe catch a tan to? :D) Bring on the summer I say!!
