this is a good question. Do you mean directly after the workout because you are so hungry? Or do you mean after a couple of days?
After a couple of days: if you loose your motivation or your focus you may not want this hard enough. At least this happened to me before. Another alternative would be that you are eating not right so that the cravings are too strong.

I meant after working out for a couple of days. I seem to have trends where I work out for a few days then seem to plateau and go back to the unhealthy choices.
I was hoping I wasn't then only one this happened to [emoji2]
Lem, your not the only one, it is not an uncommon problem
One thing that has worked for some members is to put motivational pictures or quotes on the fridge where you will see them to remind yourself of why you need to stick to making good choices.
