Hi all! So obviously, I'm new here. I am a freelancer working from home and I spend about 80% of my day working in front of the computer. So, meaning I am living a sedentary lifestyle and it's been about 3 years already. I am really short and before I got into freelancing and live the most inactive lifestyle, I used to only weigh about 44 kl. Now I have no specific idea of how much I've already weigh but it is very obvious that I gained a lot of weight. We - me, friends and families noticed how big I've become! So, not only that I missed being slim and being able to wear anything that I'd like to wear and feel good about what I'm wearing and being confident in terms of how I look back then, I also came to realized that I really need to lose weight not for "looks" sake but because I am a single mother and I don't want to be sickly or die because of health complications. As much as possible, now that I am a mother and raising my child alone, I am being extra careful. It's not just that. But, we all know that being fit, getting into an active lifestyle and eating healthy have lots of benefits. So, being a really busy person as I am, I recently commit myself to eating right and healthy and to really insert running, yoga, circuit and Pilates exercises on my busy schedule.
