This list has to be some sort of joke. It has to be. I mean, a PHOTOJOURNALIST? Why? Because they're 'on call'? Because they might get a call at 2:30 in the morning which requires them to get out of bed so they can go do their job? Their job, which is to TAKE PICTURES? OH NOES!!!
Come on. Most all professions require certain employees to be 'on call', so I don't see how that can be some sort of deciding factor in determining how stressful a job is. And, if it is, then why aren't the following jobs on that list - doctor, police officer, firefighter, military personnel, etc? Those people are always on call and, unless you have a very narrow point of view, it's hard to argue that snapping photographs of news scenes is more stressful than any of those jobs listed.
I'm sorry, but I'm just not buying it. Airplane pilot? Ok, MAYBE. There's a lot of pressure knowing that you are pretty much personally responsible for the safety of the hundreds of passengers sitting in your plane. But, bus drivers carry just as many people every day (if not more - way more), so why aren't they on the list? I mean, it's a statistical fact that you have a better chance of dying on the road than you do in the sky. So, by default, shouldn't bus drivers be ahead of airplane pilots on this list?
I don't know, I just found this list amusing. Amusing and completely inaccurate in my opinion. So, I thought I'd share. Discuss if you like. If not, go F your mom in the A.
