Weight-Loss Most exercise minutes in a week!

Okay people, it's seems its been a while since anyone has posted a contest so here we go. You can join in at anytime but make sure you chart your progress over 7 days. Record how many minutes you have exercised each day and tally the results at the end of your seven days. Share what you do for exercise too, this is to help inspire each other. But for the contest it's the TIME you put in that counts. It doesn't matter if its an hour of swimming or an hour of running. I'm starting my seven days tomorrow, who's in?
 
An hour at the gym today, whoo! 15mins on four machines :Crosstrainer, stationary bike, treadmill and XT Bike.
 
I'm game. Tomorrow is an off day, but I have to cut my grass, and because of the hill along the front, and side it's a workout all its own. I'll still wait till Thursday to count as day one though.
 
Great Daymon! Mowing lawns should definately count, it's hard work.

I managed an hour again at the gym today. Feeling pretty tired now, not sure if I can manage tomorrow, we'll have to wait and see.
 
Another hour today, but a bit less intense, so tired. I have to get up at 4.40am to go the gym during the week because it's the only time hubby can be home with the kids. Tomorrow I'm taking a day off. I actually was back in bed by 9:30 because I was so knackered. I put the baby in his crib and the toddler in front of the TV and slept - such a bad mother! Lol .
 
A19 min walk on the track with sprints every quarter mile. My first full mile since I been walking.
