Okay people, it's seems its been a while since anyone has posted a contest so here we go. You can join in at anytime but make sure you chart your progress over 7 days. Record how many minutes you have exercised each day and tally the results at the end of your seven days. Share what you do for exercise too, this is to help inspire each other. But for the contest it's the TIME you put in that counts. It doesn't matter if its an hour of swimming or an hour of running. I'm starting my seven days tomorrow, who's in?
