I have to agree, my road to fitness (if you pardon the punn) began with my morning dog walk, it progressed to a dog jog and we regulary fit a mile in before a cup of tea, breakfast and work.
Hi! I have been trying to wake up early almost everyday so I can get in a morning workout, but it is so hard some days, especially being a student and staying up late some nights to finish homework. Do you have any advice for ways to make waking up easier. Remembering how good I feel after my workout isn't enough to get me out of my comfortable bed earlier than I really have to.
morning walk is the best because it help to you make your body fit and fine and it is obvious you feel very bad in the stating days but after some time you enjoying it.
