Morning or night?

Not really. I prefer morning, so I'm providing my body with vitamins and minerals early on, to fuel my day.

then again, I use Life Force by Source Naturals, which is actually 4 a day, so I usually take 2-3, spaced out at different meals...again a steady flow of fuel and nutrients just makes sense.
 
Morning seems like it'd be a bit better, the B Vitamins would be useful to give you some energy, rather than keep you up at night, as an example. But the important thing is just getting in your vitamins.
