Well here I am ending week 3 of eating super healthy and im still not feeling energetic maybe someone caan give me some advice on what im doing wrong.

i have a cup of oatmeal with 1 tbs of almonds and about 7 rasberies

morning snack 1 greek yogourt

lunch huge spring mix salade with a small asparagus omellette

dinner i will have yet another huge salade and small portion of a main course

and in the evening i will have fruit or veggies to snack on

so im eating tons and the weight is comming off but i have no energy im draging myself around and tired all the time.

I just thought once i changed my eating habits i would feel better and have lots of energy.Its very discouraging:(


Does anyone have any advice how to get my energy back?

also I forgot to mention I work out 4 days a week.
