be positive! focus on your end goal. what will loosing weight do for you? think about all the positives. say to yourself every day "failure is not an option". i find being positive is 90% of successful weight loss and hypnofood helps me through the hard times also :) power to you!
 
7 May 2012 – 94.1 kg (207 lbs)

19 May 2012 – 93.6 kg (pretty much 206 lbs)

20 May 2012 – 93.1 (a shade under 205 lbs)

20th May - 58.8kg (TINY loss, but woo, into the 58s! (And the 120s club lbwise! 129.6! Booyah!)

27th May - 58.2kg ...


Crap month, only lost 2.4lbs for the whole of it.. but hey, I didn't gain. Small mercies!
 
Just to finish off for the month..


31 May ... 92.3 kg, so that's nearly two kilo for the month, or about four pounds. :)
 
Great job! I weighed in on 58.3 today, so I'm totally counting that instead since it's techncially (ALMOST!!) the end of May! Hehe.
2.4lbs lost for me!

Really great work Parsnips! How'd everyone else do?
