Here's some goals you can set for yourself.
I'm posting this because some of the newer people have asked.
Feel free to add to the list.
This is stuff at the top of my head. I'm sure there's a few others out there.
1) monthly weight
2) weekly weight
3) max. calories consumed per day or any sort of limit on food intake
4) min. food or water you must consume daily (esp. water)
5) amount of exercise to be done daily or weekly
6) BMI or inches lost during challenge
7) dropping a clothing size
 
Droppping a dress size, I like that, I think that is going to be a part of my April's Challenge, to lose enough weight to drop a dress size.

Guess that means I have to go and get everything taped up since I'm not sure how much weight I would need to lose to drop one dress size. Lost 30 pounds so far and only dropped down 1.5 dress sizes? Does that even make sense????
