These challenges seem great for motivation judging by previous (rather awesome) results, so keep at it and let us all know how you're getting on, week by week! We can do this TOGETHER!

Newcomers, feel free to jump in whenever! We're all gunning for the same results - to lose weight!







1st April (Starting weight) - 60.9kg

8th April - 59.7kg (I think this is water loss since I got hammered last night for the first time in FOREVER, but hey, it's weighday so it counts!)

15th April - 59.7kg

Ah, didn't see - I don't check many parts of the board, and have only ever seen the monthly challenges here! :D

AI haven't done a challenge in a while. Let's do this!!

1st- 203.8

Mini-goal: 199 by April 15th Done!
Main goal: 8lbs for the month.
Actual: 5.2LBS I'm good with this. I've been doing strength training, so my weight is plateauing, for now. My clothes are getting looser, though. :)

I am going to start muscle building exercises when I hit 199, so my weight may stay the same for a bit. If I don't gain or lose for a few weeks, that's fine. I'll still eat well and exercise!

I just noticed that you passed your goal weight, Feeling Gooder! Congratulations!!! :happy dance:



Seeing everyone's progress online like this - it's a serious kick-inna-pance. :D
