Sport month of fasting

...well the month of ramadhan is beginning tomrrow...yes i am a muslim and for those who dont knaw its where ya dont eat or drink from sunrise till sunse...after sunset you can eat...this goes on for a month...but my question is how do i stay on eating healthy since i can't do the whole 6 meals a day for this month? should i eat as much protein when i do break my fast or what? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
