My current exercise goal is to be able to complete a 20 set pyramid consisting of chin ups, push ups and squats it goes like this
Set 1 – 1/2/3 reps
Set 2 – 2/4/6 reps
Set 3 – 3/6/9 reps
Set 4 – 4/8/12 reps
Set 5 – 5/10/15 reps
Set 6 – 6/12/18 reps
Set 7 – 7/14/21 reps
Set 8 – 8/16/24 reps
Set 9 – 9/18/27 reps
Set 10 – 10/20/30 reps
Then you repeat it in reverse order having only 30 - 60 seconds rest in between sets. for a total of 110 chin ups, 220 push ups and 330 squats. Try to complete in 30 minutes or less.
So far I only managed to complete the first 10 sets and I was absolutely destroyed, my endurance isn't the best but I'll think I can complete it in a few days or so, the first half I was able to do in about 12 - 15 minutes but the second half will take a bit longer because I'm going to need more rest.
