hey can someone put up a sticky for the newbies. so they use the search function before asking the same questions we just discussed last week.. i think it would be helpful.. plz and thank you:)
 
I can sticky them...

I tried to make a FAQ that is stickied for the common questions on here, weight loss, bodybuilding, and supplements, nobody except a select few has chosen to participate...

tell me what you all want stickied, and ill do it.
 
cool just something to tell the newbies to search first post second if there is something they don't get or can't find.. thats all. it gets to be too much seeing the same posts over and over and annoying to answer the same qestions every other day. may tell them where the search button is too in case they can't find it lol...
 
oh and to only post the question once instead of three or more times in different sections lol. thats ****in' annoying to the upmost. :)
 
It will never work. I browse a lot of message boards and this is a constant problem regardless of any stickies trying to help people out.
 
one can hope can't they!!!
