Anyone know how these online calorie calculators determine what moderate or intense exercise is? I read online moderate for my age/height/weight is a heart rate of 115-150 and intense is 150-170. But they dont figure in how long you exercise at those heart rates. Going by my stats most of these online calculators say for moderate exercise i should eat around 2300 calories to maintain my weight. But i exercise atleast 5 days a week doing 90 minute jogging. So is that about right?
