Hi all I have been looking at this whey for a while but was concerned a its high sugar content (68 grams)
But I was reading another post and LV said 48 grams of dextrose or sugar so is this high good for glucose recovery after a hard work out? I will post the label and ingredients below. It has high calories too which I like for bulking a bit. But not 140 grams sugar like most. And it has nice branch chain amino acids but onyl 20 grams of protien. One last thing I take a multi that has 100 % of a lot of these vitamins but the vitamin i take only has 25 % a and 50 % iron ( the two most dangerous as I understand) so the levels look okay to take ontop of my multi right? Anyway here is the info. Does it look cool?
Whey protein concentrate, maltodextrine, fructose, lecithin, beet powder, medium chain triglycerides, natural and artificial flavors.
VITAMINS & MINERALS: ascorbic acid, ferrous fumarate, dl-alpha iocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, zinc oxide, copper gluconate, calcium pantothenate, vitamin A palmitate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, folic acid, biotin, potassium iodide and cyanocobalamin.
