Mixing Whey Protien

*may be a dumb question*
I mix mine with milk.. but when I mix it sometimes all the powder does not dissolve, if there is still some powder left when you drink it or small chunks, it will still be effected correct? In other words its not just some gone to waste?

its still fine, although kinda chunky

i got mine from my gym, but i have seen in a health shop somewhere around, not holland and barratt though.

this is mine

i think i paid £3.50 for mine, it seems like an extra expense but it really does work - i used to take the protein over the bath just in case i couldnt hack it.

also, i switch to a different (cheaper!) whey protein around a month ago - i found this blends better without the shaker and tastes better too so i use it for fruit smoothies.

what are you using? are you in the uk?

I got mine at GNC for $5 and it was well spent.... I can actually drink it without those chunks that make me throw up for some reason

ok this might sound silly.. but you know those shakers you can use to make drinks? (alcoholic drinks) can i use that for it? would it work well?

what i do is put 16oz of milk and then the protien, in a blender. I leave it to blend for about 1min and it comes out very very smooth. just like milk itself.

a bit off topic (didnt want to make a new thread)
i only drink protien shakes after i work out.. if i drink a protien shake then wait like 1/2 hr and have a bottle of water will that defeat the purpose of the protien shake? like diloute it in my body some how and make it less affective?

excellent : )
