I have what I hope isn't too strange a question for you guys. After extensive searching on the internet with no results, I thought it'd be easier to just ask.
My abdominal muscles, while strong, are "misaligned". On my left side, all is normal, but on the right, the muscles are set higher than on the left. It is somewhat discomfortable to do abdominal workouts because of it- plus it looks sorta weird. I was just wondering if this was at all normal, and if not, are there any ways to remedy this? Any attempts to enlighten me about this would be greatly appreciated.
